Comprised of musicians from the Skagit Symphony, The Skagit Brass Quintet headlines the first concert of the four concert Chamber Music Series.

The Skagit Brass Quintet is made up of some of Skagit Valley’s finest brass players: Cindy Luna and Bennie Rawson on Trumpet, Kim Rawson on French Horn, Amy Kavanagh on Tuba, and Vince Fejeran on Trombone. Skagit Brass is unique in its versatility of musical styles, allowing the quintet to perform music from Sousa to Bach and Ewald to Ellington. Its members perform with Skagit Symphony, A’Town Big Band, North Cascade Concert Band, The Skagit Community Band, as well as other chamber ensembles.

The intimate Chamber Music concert takes place in the Studio Space at McIntyre Hall. Patrons are encouraged to enjoy refreshments during the concert.
