Skagit Valley College is proud to kick off its 2024 President's Spotlight Series with a special evening with Luis Valdez, American Playwright, screenwriter, film director, and actor. Valdez is best known for thi splay ZOOT SUIT, his movie LA BAMBA, and his creation of El Teatro Campesino, uniting farm workers during the Delano strike by farm workers in 1965, alongside Cesar Chavez.
